New Clients :
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment. There will be a short form for you to fill out and we will discuss the session before getting started. Due to the high volume of clients I see daily, I cannot go past scheduled time. Arriving early will give you a better chance at getting your full session.
If you would like to print and fill out the Client Intake Form at home, please visit the "Helpful Forms" page. However, you will still want to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment, as I ask all clients to do.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations : Please call or text at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of your appointment, if you need to cancel and reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the rate of the service will be due prior to confirming your next appointment.
Groupon/Living Social's : There will be a $20 late cancellation fee due prior to confirming your next appointment, if you choose to reschedule. I apologize for the inconvenience.
No Shows : If you do not show up to your appointment; meaning you have not called, text, or e-mailed to cancel prior to the time your appointment starts, 100% of the rate of the service will be due prior to confirming any future appointments.
Groupon/Living Social's : Your voucher will be redeemed & will not be rescheduled.
In the event you do choose to reschedule and pay the fee, I do hold all appointments for a minimum of 48 hours to give you the opportunity to do so. The exact time frame for holding an appointment will be determined at the time arrangements are made.
Groupon/Living Social Clients :
Due to the high demand of my services, and for a variety of reasons, I am sorry to say that I only book Groupon/Living Social's up to 4 weeks in advance. I deeply apologize for this inconvenience and hope to accommodate as many people as I can. Thank you for your patience!
As the Groupon & Living Social states, the promotional value expires 120 days after you've purchased it. Please be aware that weekend and evening appointment's are very limited and I cannot guarantee that you will be able to get an appointment during these time frames. While I do apologize for this and wish that I could fit everyone in when they want, I am only one person and cannot. Like all businesses, I have specific working hours, which you can view under the "Hours" tab, and can only fit so many people in at a time. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
If I have session's available within the 120 days of the promotional value expiring, and you decline to take them, for any reason, I will charge the additional fee allowed, per Groupon & Living Social's fine print, if you do not get an appointment prior to it expiring.
If I do not have any session's available within the 120 days of the promotional value expiring and I must schedule you after it expires, I will not charge any additional fee's for up to 3 months after the original expiration date.
Again, I deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
Please do not wear any type of perfume or body spray to your session. If you do, and your scent is too strong, I will ask you to leave and reschedule. While there are a variety of reasons for doing this, the most important is to remember that you are not my only client and everyone's scent lingers. Particularly those wearing heavy perfumes and body sprays. I have many clients that are sensitive to smells, so please, be considerate of other people. This also includes smokers. If you smell heavily of smoke, you too will be asked to leave and reschedule. If it happens more than once, a $30 reschedule fee will be charged. Thank you!
Cell phones :
While I will not try and force anyone to turn off or silence their cell phone's, please understand that ringing and even vibrating is disruptive to the massage. If your cell phone does ring out loud, I will leave the room until you either turn it off or it simply stops on it's own. Under no circumstances will time be added to your session because of this disruption. Under no circumstances will I go into your purse, pockets or simply touch your phone at all to turn it off or hand it to you to turn it off, so please do not ask. I strongly urge you to please turn off/silence your cellphone's prior to the session beginning.
Please do not leave your cellphone's on the floor. Particularly on the floor near the table, as I use that floor to walk on, and while I make every effort not to step on it, I cannot guarantee it's safety. I will not be responsible for any mishap's. Leave your cell phone on the floor at your own risk.
It is always better to take all jewelry, watches, and/or any accessories off, as it get's in the way of the massage. You are more than welcome to leave it on, if it makes you more comfortable, however, please keep in mind it will take away from the session. While I can and will work around bracelets, rings, anklets, and toe rings, I will not work around watches, necklaces or long earring's. If you choose to keep these items on your body during your session, I will not massage your neck or your forearm.
