What to know...

For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. There will be a short form for you to fill out and we will discuss the session before getting started. Due to the high volume of clients I see daily, I cannot go past scheduled time. Arriving early will give you a better chance at getting your full session. (Please understand that arriving more than 10 minutes early does not guarantee that you will start your session early, as I schedule clients in a way that I can get everything else that needs to be done, done.) If you would like to print and fill out the Client Intake Form at home, please visit the "Helpful Forms" page. However, you will still want to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment, as I ask all clients to do.

I do have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Please call or text at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of your appointment, if you need to cancel and reschedule. If you cancel after the 24 hour mark, there will be a $15 reschedule fee due on your next appointment. If you no show to your appointment and want to reschedule, there will be a $30 reschedule fee due at your next appointment. I call or text all of my clients two days prior to their appointment as a friendly reminder and confirmation, thus giving you ample time to cancel and reschedule prior to the 24 hour mark. I want to do everything I can to help you. Please take advantage of it.
